Aug 22, 2021 · Incidentally 60°C is far too hot to touch. There is no need for any tap to be more than 48°C and as said thermostatic mixing valves at point of use are the answer. Being oil you want the boiler flow temperature as low as possible (assuming it's a condensing boiler) that will still heat your house properly.
